As a software engineer at Invention Labs, you will be working on creating the next generation of assistive technology products. You will be working to solve real-life problems faced by children with disabilities with around the world.
We are looking for smart, talented engineers who are motivated by the social impact that their work can create. You will not only be sharpening your engineering skill sets, but you will also get to work closely with product development.
What You’ll do Across Our Products
- Write beautiful code that will be shipped on our mobile apps and cloud services
- Work closely with the QA and the Product team to ship features
- Work with the team to brainstorm ideas on product features
- Maintain technical documentation of the work
What you’ll bring to the table
- A passion for writing and shipping code
- 1 – 4 years of experience in programming
- Experience in Flutter, Android or iOS platforms a bonus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- An attitude to go above and beyond for the end customer
- Comfortable working remotely

We are looking for a creative UI Designer to join our team to make the world a more inclusive place for people with disabilities.
As a UI-UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be designing mobile and web app interfaces using various methods and the latest technology.
What You’ll do Across Our Products
- Plan and implement new designs and optimize existing ones
- Interact with the customers, sales, and support teams to understand user feedback and design ways to solve the challenges.
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
- Create high fidelity prototypes for new product ideas and usability testing
- Test new ideas with customers, stakeholders before implementing
- Conduct an ongoing user research
What you’ll bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in Love for Excellent Design
- 0 – 3 years of experience
- UI design portfolio
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- Detail-oriented and critical thinker
- Problem solver and customer-centric
- Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Figma/Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Dreamweaver
- Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction.

As a Product Manager, you will help your team (and the company) ship the product that the users want. This makes your role extremely important for the customer’s success and hence our success.
What You’ll do Across Our Products
- Interact with the customers, sales, and support teams to understand user feedback and design ways to solve the challenges.
- Analyse data and have customer insight to decide what features to ship
- Create mocks for new product features, ideas and gather feedback from team and beta customers.
- Plan the feature updates along with the engineering and marketing team
- Test new ideas with customers, stakeholders before implementing
What you’ll bring to the table
- A Bachelors or Masters Degree
- 1 – 3 years of experience, bonus points for having shipped products
- Ability to think through scenarios and create user experience flows, mocks using various tools like Figma, Omnigraffle etc.
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- Ability to work across different functions and people
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bonus: Visual design skills
