As a Product Manager, you will help your team (and the company) ship the product that the users want. This makes your role extremely important for the customer’s success and hence our success.

What You’ll do Across Our Products

  1. Interact with the customers, sales, and support teams to understand user feedback and design ways to solve the challenges.
  2. Analyse data and have customer insight to decide what features to ship
  3. Create mocks for new product features, ideas and gather feedback from team and beta customers.
  4. Plan the feature updates along with the engineering and marketing team
  5. Test new ideas with customers, stakeholders before implementing

What you’ll bring to the table

  1. A Bachelors or Masters Degree
  2. 1 – 3 years of experience, bonus points for having shipped products
  3. Ability to think through scenarios and create user experience flows, mocks using various tools like Figma, Omnigraffle etc.
  4. Ability to discuss and explain design options
  5. Ability to work across different functions and people
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  7. Bonus: Visual design skills
